Vince Barclay Coaching Academy offers overseas tennis players the opportunity to train under Australian conditions by organising accommodation and a vigorous training schedule.
The service is available all year round, with training being conducted from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (weekend practice can also be arranged). Players can additionally sharpen their competitive edge by participating in local tournaments.
English lessons are provided through the University adjacent to the Academy, and coaches are fluent in English and Japanese.
Accommodation options include:

- Homestay (always near courts)
- Hotel or Apartments for big groups, with options including Medina Executive Apartments and Travelodge Macquarie University.
